Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a specific processing period depending on the specific item.

Before shipping, we will check the item thoroughly before sending the items. Today, most orders are shipped within 24 hour. The delivery timeline is expected to range between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The majority of items listed that are listed on the site are in stock. Those that aren't listed as such and if you place them in your shopping cart, the amount of $0.00 will come up. We only ship items that are available currently.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

You are only able to return an item only if it's unused and still in the same condition as the day you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.

The cost of returning the item is entirely the responsibility of the purchaser (unless we've committed a mistake (i.e. an item is defective or damaged product). If you are requesting an exchange then we will pay for the shipping costs.
