The Dean Ukulele Concert Exotic Koa is an affordable way to acquire an instrument that sounds as great as it looks. It’s made of traditional koa for the top and body with mahogany for the neck. It can be tuned like a soprano ukulele, but its concert size is slightly larger with a 15″ scale length, perfect for players with bigger hands.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
You are only able to return an item only if it's unused and still in the same condition as the day you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
The cost of returning the item is entirely the responsibility of the purchaser (unless we've committed a mistake (i.e. an item is defective or damaged product). If you are requesting an exchange then we will pay for the shipping costs.
